Audience, role and possible services
We propose structured cooperation between institutions working across national, cultural and linguistic boundaries. Our role would be to facilitate dialogue and prepare a shared plan while keeping each organization’s legal identity and responsibilities distinct.
Possible outputs
Possible work includes partner identification, knowledge-exchange meetings, joint work plans and records of responsibilities, budgets and changes. Outputs may include a cooperation proposal, timetable, draft agreement and progress report. A prospective contact is not presented as an established partnership.
Conditions for activity
Any binding agreement, financial commitment or representation requires the appropriate decision and authorized signatory for the relevant entity. We will specify the project, resources, jurisdiction and data arrangements before implementation. This is a proposed coordination capability, not a claim of existing partners or a mandate to bind other organizations.
Illustrative pathway
Illustrative pathway: two institutions could first compare objectives and prepare a non-binding concept note, responsibility matrix and draft timetable. PDP could coordinate discussion and document open decisions. Joint delivery, representation or funding would begin only after each entity approves the scope and its authorized signatory completes the required agreement.
