Official public information
Purpose and responsibilities
The contact form collects purpose, name, email address, country, subject and message so that a request can be sent to the configured recipient. The form sends the message by email and does not create a public record of its contents. To limit abuse, the submission rate control uses a keyed hash of the network address for up to one hour. Privacy preferences are stored locally in the browser with the policy version and date. The public token-checking form has been withdrawn; this page does not return a document status. Sensitive identity documents must not be sent through the contact form, and privacy questions can be directed through the Contact page.
This area explains its mandate, current public pathways and the responsible organisational unit. Published programmes identify their purpose and status; concepts under development are not presented as active services.
